I've been (loosely) maintaining this website for 2 years now, writing all by my lonesome but now I'd like to introduce you to a good friend of mine. We have been friends for over 10 years and we've seen each other grow into incredible women and I am so proud to have her come share this space with me.

I'd like you to meet Sandra Leong. We used to live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia together but now I'm in Barcelona, Spain and Sandy is in Melbourne, Australia. Funny where life takes us. Sandy has been doing yoga for years, studying psychology for even longer and is a bona fide soul sistah for life!

So, I shall be slowly tweaking this website to accomodate her awesomeness and you shall be hearing from us both a lot more :D
