How to make a Bliss List to get clear on your Passion(s)

As promised, here is a quick video on how to make your own Bliss List. What is a Bliss List? Well, I explain it in my video, but I'll do it here as well :D

A Bliss List is a simple technique I use to get clear on what my passion or passions are. It is very simple, all you need is some paper, a pen and about 15 minutes of your time. An open, honest attitude is also key to making sure this works!

Check it out:

Brilliant! Now that you're done making your Bliss List, leave a comment and let me know how it works out for you!

Bliss List reminds me of The Passion Test The Effortless Path to Discovering Your Life Purpose/Destiny by Janet and Chris Attwood.

43things.com and listography.com are good places to share your Bliss List…

OOh! I love the Passion Test! Yes, this does have some elements of the Passion Test in it doesn't it? Have you done it? You should, it's brilliant (the Passion Test I mean - though the Bliss List is cool too, hee...)!

In the Bliss List, I always try and incorporate the whole list by doing just one thing instead of doing a few different things separately - cuz I don't want to spend a moment doing anything that doesnt bring me joy! LOL!

Thanks for the tips on where to share the Bliss List! I use 43 things too! :)

Well.. When I was asking myself "what do I do now?" I wish there had been a place I could go to so I could get answers. I decided to start this blog so that other people will have a place to find answers! And even share their experiences! :)

I just started reading TPT and haven't gotten to the pages about taking the test…

The question about getting out of bed with purpose in mind and getting sloths to be action-oriented reminded me of The 4-Hour Workweek. The author, Tim Ferriss, says something like asking "What do you want to do?" is the wrong question. The question should be something like…"What excites you/What are you most excited about?"

That's the most important part of it :)
