Melissa Greczy | Flipping Houses
I'm really excited to introduce to you Melissa Greczy. I met Melissa about a year ago and was immediately inspired by how she lives her life. In this interview, Melissa talks about how she got involved in the Real Estate business, flipping houses for a profit, making her a millionaire at the age of 23!
She now lives a life that allows her to work and travel around the world with her two daughters Maddy and Sydney.
Below I've also summarized a few key points from the interview:
What Makes a business Successful?
- Figure out your Passion.
- Take a Chance.
- Persevere.
- Believe in your Success.
- Do it for the love of it and not the money.
- Give back to the world.
(Watch the interview for a more detailed explanation)
The Formula for Success
- Enthusiasm and Passion.
- Continue to Learn. Become a student again.
- Personal Development. Work on yourself.
- Develop an attitude of openness and positivity.
- Be careful who you share your dreams with.
What do you think of Melissa's tips? If you are a business owner, are you also applying these methods to your business? I am curious and would really like to know because I always love discovering success patterns. So if you are, let me know in the comment below. If you're just starting out and have begun using these tips and find that it has made a difference in your life / business let me know too!
